When the enhancer is in the player's inventory, the player will be resurrected with full health if the player dies fighting any creature associated with Morvran's Slayer challenge. It starts out with two charges and uses one up whenever the player dies with it. It will disappear when all the charges have been used up. It is not required to be on Morvran's special slayer challenge for the enhancer to revive the player. This is especially useful in preventing deaths at Araxxor/Araxxi. Furthermore, this will revive the player when fighting against any hard mode variant of a God Wars Dungeon boss involved in the challenge.
