Mark Schiff is an American voice actor and comedian. He provided the voice of the little dog on the animated series 2 Stupid Dogs, among other voice talents. He has appeared in small guest roles on shows such as My Two Dads and Mad About You. He has also been a writer for Blue Collar TV. Schiff was born in The Bronx, New York City, New York. He resided in Queens, New York City, where he attended Forest Hills High School. He is married with three children. One of them, Jacob Schiff attends Yeshivat Shaarei Mevaseret Zion.
