Lhusa City is a city in central Tezen, built into the Lhusa Mountain Range. By the time it is reached in the story, it's floating high in the air as a result of the experiments of the Shadow Cult, revealing an abundance of rare metals under the city and a secret entrance to a nearby network of caves. The city and surrounding area has a distinct Incan and Mayan influence in its design. An event item, the Artemicia Arrow, can be used on a statue in the north of the city to open a portal to the Artemicia Shrine.
