[Source] Spiced leathermeat was a type of food prepared and eaten by members of the Mandalorian culture. One of the many commercial stalls that were set up along Chortav Meshurkaane on Keldabe's market days sold packets of spiced leathermeat. The veteran Mandalorian soldier Kal Skirata purchased a packet from the vendor during a trip to Mandalore's capital city in the year 19 BBY. Shortly thereafter, Skirata stopped at the nearby stone balustrade that overlooked the Kelita River to unwrap and eat a portion of the leathermeat he'd obtained.
