Rafael's was the New York restaurant where Dan Dreiberg and Laurie Juspeczyk met after they were each visited by Rorschach in Watchmen Chapter I. Laurie apparently ate Spaghetti Africaine. After eating, they moved out onto the restaurant's rooftop garden.
