Rumors are spreading from out of the Hawk and Dove Tavern that late this evening, the proprietess of the Hawk and Dove Tavern and Inn, Dianna Lomasa, was attacked and bludgeoned into unconsciousness by an unknown attacker in her very own kitchen. Though little is known at the time, people are already starting to speculate at the circumstances surrounding this attack, the chief being no evidence of another person's presence within the kitchen, or signs of struggle. Many claim it to be the revenge of the Shadow after the Lady Lomasa gallavanted about years before proclaiming the Touch herself, when this proved to be a falsehood.
