The PAW Crank Championship was a professional wrestling championship in Pure Amusement Wrestling. The title was defended during every live/taping cycle. One man and one woman held the championship once each. Annabel Lee was the first champion, defeating Rachel Ellsworth, Leon Cashmere and Kelsey Spencer in a Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match to win the title. Lee also holds the record for the longest reign at 28 days. The final champion was Hunter Storms. He defeated former champion Annabel Lee on September 29, 2016 to win the title.
