The Darvro-class light freighter was a class of stealth cargo vessels widely used by the forces of Ord Gimmell. The craft was also designed for smuggling and was used by the Alliance to Restore the Republic to transport high priority shipments through hostile territory. Though intended for escape or hiding rather than battle the vessels did carry some armaments but they were also fitted with Self-destruct mechanisms to prevent enemy forces from seizing valuable cargo.
