Nocturnal's Hat is an unobtainable yet coded piece of clothing belonging to the personified version of the Daedric Prince Nocturnal. It should not be confused with the Gray Cowl of Nocturnal. The in-game book Purloined Shadows tells the story of a pair of thieves who steal Nocturnal's cowl, the Grey Cowl of Nocturnal, during a ritual.
