Friday the 13th is a cancelled 2017 horror film, meant to be the 13th installment in the franchise. The film was supposed be directed By Brett Eisner. Contrary to popular belief, the film has been confirmed not to be a sequel to the 2009 reboot. Paramount has picked up the full rights to the franchise , and was now supposed to be released October 13th, 2017. The budget was claimed to to be around US $3 million and US $20 million by the producer Brad Fuller. The film was supposed to be released on Friday, October 13th, 2017.
