Blair has been involved for many years in the Animation Department, as a Producer, Director, Writer, Art Department, Art Director and storyboarding within the film and entertainment industry. Despite his parnets originally wanting Peters to become a lawyer, he was inspired to do a career in animation instead after the influential work of Maurice Noble while watching cartoon shows "Scooby-Doo" and Chuck Jones' 1966 special "How The Grinch Stole Christmas!" in his childhood. Allegedly his favourite animated character is Shaggy from Scooby-Doo due to his disorganized, yet perpetially happy disposition. Blair's first job was with 'Outdoor Sports' as a kids coordinator.
