((Dont ban me for using other peoples art. I gave credit!)) Tori's HQ is the same as Agent Gary's on Club Penguin. This is because her owner loves Club Penguin (Like me LOL), so she has Gary's HQ. She doesnt really seem to mind what her HQ looks like, as long as it is well hidden. Her HQ was destroyed in 2010. Now she has a rebuilt version with more technology.
