Sam is forced to come out of hiding and take Samson to hospital when he develops a high fever. Sam does a runner from the hospital after the receptionist identifies him and he calls Marlon in his desperation. Marlon arranges for Sam to meet him at Tall Trees Cottage, while he sends Shane and the coppers over to the now empty abandoned cottage.
