The Black and White Tavern in Enaj, Sivad is a popular place for locals and visitors from many backgrounds to congregate. Built by AJ Connely in early 3001 with loans from Carduus Reslienki and Jasra Beaulieu, the Black and White was built to be a cultural and artistic center, bringing some soul to the otherwise stuffy planet. After Connely went missing in 3002, the tavern changed hands multiple times, but now seems to be in stable ownership.
