New Hope Settlement was a small town on the desert world of Ladarra. As a failed colony with a reduced population, it was on the verge of becoming a ghost town; most of its buildings were boarded up and appeared to be abandoned. The main street in downtown New Hope was flanked by stores and was where The Ellstree Bar was included.
