The skirt, cut in four sections, is joined to a waist band and finished with detachable suspenders, gaily trimmed with embroidery, for which a transfer design is included. Style I has a notched collar and patch pockets trimmed with embroidery. A round collar and flap pockets finish Style II. The calot may be trimmed with embroidery or a purchased pom-pom.
