Mrs. Leonard is the mother of Steve Leonard. She was not a bad mother but Steve never respected her as a mother. Steve often took things off her without asking, only to put it back later. Eventually, Steve left home and she never really saw him after that. She does not appear in the movie, and is only mentioned by Steve. When he does mention her, he describes her as an alcoholic.
