Stephen Braeburn is a researcher for the Mutant Commission Office (MCO). About all we know of his appearance is that he's balding or bald. He begins putting things together, which takes him on a trip to Tibet, investigates the Pearl of Great Price (which was stolen from a Tibetan monastery and is in the MCO museum). The latter triggers a sex change so he becomes Mrs. April Arendt. His only appearance is in The Braeburn Report.
