He fled to Earth in an attempt to start over. When Martin Lloyd insisted they return to the fight, he and the other members of his crew used drugs to erase his memories. When he began to remember and contacted Colonel Jack O'Neill, he captured Major Samantha Carter and Dr. Daniel Jackson and interrogated them.
