Kalama(VVF039) was born on July 28, 1999 into the Vivian, her mother was Vivian and her father was Stinker. Her litter-mates were three brothers: VVM040, Govinda(VVM041) and Kamaswami(VVM042). Young male VVM040 died on September 19, 2000, while the others three pups survived to adutlhood. Kalama lived in the Vivian for around two years before she was evicted by the new dominant female, Rhian. Rapunzel and Hong were evicted alongside Kalama. It is assumed that they joined up with wild males, but were considered Last Seen on October 1, 2001.
