It's leader is James Kreep whose Army consists of Julia Huckabee Patrick Sixnine Mikey Anderson and Jerome R.Spencer[Ozwell Spencer's Grandson] and Marcus Bisquaine.They go around killing people who might expose Umbrella's sinister plans.They also have hideouts in anarctica,Hawaii,Williamsburg Brooklyn,Bushwick Brooklyn,Flushing,Maspeth and New Jersey.
