Zahra Acalon (pronounced ZAHR-ah AHK-kah-lohn/ Kayss), born Zahra Qais, is the mother of Pasco and Halmaedy and the wife of Macarin Acalon. She has three other daughters, but they are only mentioned. She currently teacher to her children, nieces, and nephews in harrier ways. She is a down-to-earth woman. She is a strict instructor albeit a good one.
