Aerrow and Radarr have to break out of the escape-proof Cyclonian prison on Terra Zartacla. However, with no ride to escape on, and the jail warden Mr. Moss on their tail, such a feat is easier said than done. As they repeatedly avoid Moss, his pets, and his guards, Moss calls more and more help in to catch them. Radarr manages to fix a broken vehicle left in the trees so they can escape, and Moss realizes that the whole affair was just a distraction to allow the Storm Hawks to break the other prisoners out.
