[Source] Theophile Maria Rosco is a mage most likely on Radovid V's side as he is not arrested or attacked by Redanian soldier Rufus. He appears during the unmarked side quest Strangers in the Night for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. During a conflict between Rufus and Manfred, he stayed neutral.
