The Latham group building was an office building in Los Angeles, California. It was used by members of the Latham Group, the financiers of David Palmer's presidential campaign, as a meeting place during primary day. The building was located by the 110 Freeway, near to the turnoffs for 8th and 9th Street and the Loyola Law School. Later Carl received another phone call, this time from David Palmer, demanding that he leave the building and come to Grant Street Elementary School for a meeting face to face. Carl left shortly afterwards. ("10:00am-11:00am")
