Soldum Seldor (ソルダム・セルダール Sorudamu Serudāru?) is the young king of Seldor during the events of Galaxy Angel II. The fairies Kelsie and Santa Rosa speak for him, as he is forbidden to use his own voice to anyone that is not immediate family.
