Saibara is a character in Harvest Moon 64. He owns a Souvenir Shop in which he sells various crafts he makes. He is friendly, but cynical and often talks about how he has lost potential as he grows older. He doesn't understand why the player has decided to live near Flowerbud Village. He will give you a recipe when given an herb for the first time.
