All we have seen of Cyclonus so far is him blasting off to do his master's bidding. That should continue into the second issue. Cyclonus and the seekers attacked Optimus Prime and took some energy from the Matrix of Leadership. After picking up Lockdown, he used the energy to revive Scourge.
