Emperor Carter is the true antagonist in the Family Guy Star Wars parody specials. He was potrayed by Carter Pewterschmidt. He is the Dark Lord of the Sith whose goal is to rule the galaxy. His apprentice was Darth Stewie, and he wanted to get Luke Skywalker (aka Chris) to join the darkside. When he refused, he tried to kill him. However, he is betrayed by Stewie, when he helps Chris because he had good manners, and hurls him down the reactor of the Second Death Star which was an homage to George Lucas' Palpatine.
