Mitsui Building Dermatologist moved to the new building beside Ars Hall (where the Tsukuba Public Library and art gallery are). A male dermatologist is available and speaks very good English. He was incredibly paitent and ensured I completly understood the prescription and medication before I left. The time spent on each paitent may mean long waits but I felt it was worth it.
