The city of Port-au-Sang is the capital and largest city of the state of Ixania. The city started off a safe-port and slave plantation in the early-1500s, and grew into a major center of trade for the French who owned the city and the island. Following the Ixanian Slave Wars, the city was designated as the capital of the Honorable Union of Ixania in the 1700s by Imperator Dion I.
