The Labrador Gang are the foes of the Watch Dog in the Dog City episode "Who Watched the Watch Dog?" They stage a series of daring heists, each one conveniently foiled by the Watch Dog. They still make the front pages of the Dog City Howler, raising Bugsy's own ire at being constantly upstaged.
