Mitow (Japanese: 草のラット Mitow) is a dual-type Normal/Grass Pokémon. It evolves into Firss starting at level 20, which evolves into Grasire starting at level 28. Along with Fiog and Caer, it is one of the three starter Pokémon of the Soana region that the player can choose from at the start of Pokémon Copper, Tin and Bronze.
