Principal or Dean Guiney is the dean of St. Bartleby's School for Young Gentlemen. He is mentioned several times in Artemis Fowl and the Arctic Incident and Artemis Fowl and the Opal Deception. Artemis Fowl II planted a button camera in his office that could be used within a mile of Guiney's office.
