The stand up action is a move action a creature can take to end the prone condition.[PH:292][RC:250] If a creature's space is occupied by no other creatures, the creature ends the prone condition and remains in the same space. If the creature's space is occupied by another creature, and there is an adjacent unoccupied space, the creature ends the prone condition and shifts 1 square to an unoccupied space. This shift is included as part of the stand up action. If the creature's space is occupied by another creature, and there is no adjacent unoccupied space, the creature cannot stand up.
