The Starlight Zone is a Zone presumably lying on South Island, somewhere above the sprawling Labyrinth Zone and close to the Scrap Brain Zone. The area was originally one filled with construction, aspiring to be a global capital such as Metropolis Zone. Many highways were built at the same time and, therefore, were often left unfinished. This suited Sonic the Hedgehog just fine, speeding through the loops and ramps during Robotnik's first attack. Many inhabitants are birds, though there are a sizeable number of other species. Under Starlight law, speciest comments are an indictable offence.
