The ruins of a Sartarite tower between Battle Valley and Moaning Valley * It was built by King Sartar * It stands atop of the Finger * Also known as the Old King's Lookout * It is now abandoned. * Temertain has never sent anybody to occupy the tower because he sees little threat from Prax after the Battle of Moonbroth * Reportedly haunted by its former inhabitants. * Particularly defensible since the climb is precarious and the safest way to reach the tower is flying. * Often occupied by Venharl's Storm Rams Source: Sartar Companion
