Scanty and Kneesocks are two biological demonic sisters and the primary antagonists for the second half of the anime series Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt. They may be the daughters of Corset, the mayor of Daten City (although it's possible they might just his employees), and are Panty and Stocking's complete opposite counterparts and arch rivals. Scanty is voiced by Yuka Komatsu (Japanese dub) and Colleen Clinkenbeard (English dub), while Kneesocks is voiced by Ayumi Fujimura (Japanese dub) and Cherami Leigh (English dub).
