In the Archives entry for the Church of Voltec, it refers to the "Manu Memorandum (093.01), 01.01.2113 Information protected and classified protected under the Religious Secrecy Act (The Manu Memorandum, 093.42)" This must refer to some kind of religious right to secrecy afforded the Church of Voltec by virtue of an earlier case involving the Cult of Manu. In Indian mythology Manu was the first man (Mahabharata 1.75).
