Tokka and Rahzar are a set of two mutants who appeared in the movie, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze as the tertiary antagonists, The TMNT video game, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time, and one episode of the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon. Tokka is a mutant snapping turtle, and Rahzar is a mutant wolf.
