As it's location suggests, Sapphrite City is subject to cold and snow almost year-round. The temperature rarely rises above 50 degrees in summer, and often drops below 0 in winter. Also due to it's location, the whole city is a downward slope. Everywhere there's a building, the mountain has been excavated so that the floors can be flat, meaning that every first floor is built into the mountain. (More TBA)
