The Battle of Lamanta is regarded as one of the most important battles of the War of Ivory. It prevented the Nomian Invasion of Saega and also wiped out the bulk of the Nomian Army. It was actuallt a series of Desert Battles as Some of the Nomians escaped into the desert, sparkinng off more conflicts. The series of conflicts together are known as the Desert War.
