Handiir is a level 30 weapon master located in Traders' Tier in the Draenei capital of the Exodar. Prior to patch 4.0.1, this NPC taught the skill to wield Crossbows, Daggers, One-handed Maces, Two-handed Maces, One-handed Swords, and Two-handed Swords. See List of the Exodar NPCs.
