Water Street is an uninhabited street in the city of Westminster, England. Candace and Stacy thought the great project Phineas and Ferb were planning was going to be built there, due to a note Phineas dropped, the note said "To [...] big [...] race [...] 1600 [...] Water S", she thought it would be built in 1600 Water Street, but she went there and it resulted to be nothing but an old abandoned building.
