Barnette is a citizen of Wazn where she serves as the queen's personal adviser. She is the oldest of the witches of Wazn and has great knowledge beyond them. She assist queen Xelha after she loses most of her magical power after having a vision of the future. She also is the ruler of the kingdom when Xelha ventures out into the world.
