On Ysmault, Atrocitus flies after Skallox and questions him about Bleez's intentions. Due to the Red Lantern Power Ring effects, Skallox can not give any useful information. Atrocitus then bites him in order to learn what he knows. He sees a conversation between Skallox, Zilius Zox, Bleez, and Ratchet but only hears part of what is said. Atrocitus drags Skallox to the Blood Ocean and throws him in then tells Zilius Zox and Ratchet to jump in too. Bleez tells him that they will not be able to survive the process and he has just condemned them to madness. Ratchet remembers back to his home world, where absolute isolation has led to most disease being eradicated, crime only existing on a philosophical level, and great longevity for its people. Any physical contact is greatly illegal but Ratch
