Being embarrassed and humnilated by the Bat family, Scarecrow decides to return and tries to show that he is still in the game by going after Catwoman. When planning her capture, he needs money and tends to sell Catwoman to the highest bidder. Having the upper hand, Scarecrow believes he has captured Catwoman, but Catwoman was smart enough to escape by using his own techniques against him.
