Eddy greedily accepted the dare, and pushed his friends into the house even though they didn't want to go in. Once inside, though, he decided to prank the kids by pretending that ghostly spirits were murdering them. This fooled the kids for a bit, but Ed accidentally revealed that he was strangling himself, causing the kids to angrily leave. Kevin left as well, eating the jawbreaker as he went. Eddy never discovered that Kevin lied about the jawbreaker, however, as he and his friends ended up getting trapped in the house.
