Andrus Kelisen was a Betazoid nobleman in the 24th century, Lord of the Seventh House of Betazed, and holder of its hereditary titles, including "Heir to the Twilight Mantle." He was the father of Ilanna Kelisen, and grandfather of Timothy Sinclair. Kelisen was known for being a traditionalist, and a gifted telepath.
