The Resort Island Zone is a coastal Zone on Mobius. It is a beautiful location, surrounded by rolling mountains and filled with sandy beaches lining crystal clear waters. The Zone's beauty was destroyed following the rise of the New Robotnik Empire. After taking over Sonic the Comic Online, Doctor Ivo Robotnik boasted that he had "beaten [it] into the ground"), despoiling its splendour. The entire population have supposedly been enslaved.
